Explode With Me My Love:
A Noisescape that I made for a little change of pace. Actually it seems to end a little soon, perhaps it is part one of an extended piece…we’ll have to wait and see.
I began in Borderlands with two tracks that I had recorded earlier with my MicroBrute through BiasFX. The feedback sounds are from Dedalus. The drum bits were midi exported from DM1 to 8 seperate tracks in Auria and given to one of the inbuilt kits which were then treated with Caramel.

Basic Image Declined:
A very slow, almost sedate Beatscape made with Gadget, AudioShare, and Dedalus. It slowly evolves into an almost broken ambience with the addition of acoustic and electric piano in the final third.

Blue Jack Ramble:
Downtempo EDM from Gadget once more. I’m still on holiday which means I have limited time at the moment. It’s just so quick and fun to do these whip these up, I can’t resist 🙂
Assistance also from AudioShare, ApeFilter, Dedalus, and TwistedWave. You know, the usual crew.

Slow Throb Asylum:
A Soundscape, part Dark Ambient, part Industrial. The name describes it well I think.
Xynthesizr, AudioShare, Dedalus, ApeFilter, Crystalline, TwistedWave, Auria, SynthQ.

Distant Pulse:
More Gadget based downtempo electronica made with the assistance of AudioShare, ApeFilter, Dedalus, and Auria.
In other words the usual suspects.
Sorry if things seem to be stagnating, it’s because I’m on hols and out of my comfort zone. I’ll try something different tomorrow I promise.

Untrue Development (Edition):
Today feels like a downtempo version of an 80’s Synth Pop track. Not my usual cup of tea to say the least but my current flirtation with Gadget is taking me to some strange places indeed. I used TwistedWave, AudioShare, ApeFilter, and Dedalus to try and bring it a little closer to my usual texture. Not sure if that helped or not 🙂
Anyway it is what it is, I hope it brings you pleasure.

Calm The Fuck Down:
More of an Ambient approach today, still using Gadget as it’s quick and easy to work with, which I need while I’m on my holiday. I also used Dedalus for texture and TwistedWave for a little trim and fade tidying up.

Concrete Jungle:
Something a little different from me today, in fact this is to quote Monty Python ‘Something completely different’.
Firo is an app that I’ve barely used, I had a play with it today and this is the result. I didn’t start out to make something like this, it just happened.
After jamming in Firo I exported the midi to Auria where I separated the bass part and gave it to two different instruments, added a little reverb, and adjusted volumes. Then I ran the result through Dedalus.
I’m surprised by this track but very pleased with it.
Hope you enjoy.
